On April 21st, the IBC welcomes back Success Coach and Author Ryan Gottfredson, Ph.D. for a workshop luncheon focused on "LEVELLING UP YOUR LEADERSHIP".
Most leadership development programs focus on “HORIZONTAL DEVELOPMENT”, which helps them level out in their positions (i.e., develop new knowledge and skills). However, if we want to get to the next level in our ability to transform our organizations or effectively lead amidst increasing change, pressure, uncertainty, and complexity, we need to “LEVEL UP”.
