On June 16th, the IBC welcomes back keynote speaker, Kim Lear, founder of Insight Inlay and expert in human behavior. Kim has spend the last 12 months conducting more than 200 one-on-one interviews with people across the generational spectrum to uncover how Covid-19 is reshaping the world. She will share with attendees the future of work, the "great resignation", and generational implications of COVID-19 .
